ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL DELIVERY -  Quebec City (Sainte-Foy area)

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 30km of our current fulfilling location. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders made within a 7km radius of the business offices or fulfillment location will be shipped directly to the customer's house. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive your package. A $5 fee for gas and handling applies at checkout. Select "Local Delivery" at checkout. We commit to reaching out to you if any situation occurs due to our fulfillment location uncertainty.

Orders made within Quebec City are available for local delivery and will be sent depending on the scheduled deliveries and the availability of the delivery driver. Give us a maximum of 10 days to ship your package if your choosing this local delivery option.

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (S.A.R.), Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer. REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at riverwoodclo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
